Fantastic Sams is one of the nation's oldest and most successful hair salon franchises, but as a brand… well, it was stuck in the Seventies. Despite a recent update of their salons and branding, Sams was struggling to regain the market share it had ceded to competitors like Great Clips, SuperCuts and SportClips.
